Surrounded by 15 acres of farm land your farm stay experience will see you surrounded by native wildlife and livestock. On the property there are cows, sheep, alpacas, goats, pigs, egg-laying hens, roosters, guinea pigs to handle and feed as well as a peacock or two! Animals will be fed at various times during the day and you are encouraged to come along and join in. There is also a well established orchard and vegetable garden to walk through and enjoy the seasonal produce.
If you find yourself ready for a change of scenery from the picturesque country landscape you are only a short walk to the beautiful dog friendly Ventnor Beach. Ventnor Beach is located on Phillip Island (Millowl), between the main township of Cowes and the World famous Penguin Parade.
Once you check in you will enjoy the views of our Phillip Island farm from the privacy of your personal cottage. Your sprawling backyard features a private BBQ area. The cottages also have open outdoor areas for you to enjoy and relax including large BBQ area, playground equipment for children and young people or a relaxing outdoor space to utilise the free Wifi. During the cooler months you can enjoy an outdoor open fire around the communal fire pit (contained area)

Ripples and Tonic Farm is a safe and secure environment for all to experience, offering pet friendly accommodation in Phillip Island. During the evening the driveway is well lit and the gardens and paths also luminate with festoon lights to ensure an ambient atmosphere and easy walking back to your cottage after an evening stroll.
The property is secure with a keycode front gate for entry and keyless access to the individual cottages, so everyone in the group can come and go as they please.
Ripples n Tonic provides a psychologically safe and physically safe environment for all to enjoy. Some groups / families may wish to book out the farm and all of the accommodation for their own exclusive use.
While those who just book one or two cottages still have the peace of mind that there are only seven cottages on the property and they are all spatially separated enough to provide privacy from other farm stay guests.
There are a variety private relaxation spaces that guests can enjoy among nature, pastures and farm animals, if you want to maintain your complete private space.
