THIS UNIT IS FULLY SELF-CONTAINED AND ATTACHED TO THE MAIN HOUSE IT IS NOT A STAND ALONE COTTAGE

RATES - 
Mon - Thurs - $200- per night
Fri - Sun - $230- per night

Peak Period Surcharge of an additional $50- per night apply
Off Peak: all other times (Special prices for Moto GP)

Deposit - 50% to secure booking. Balance 50% by 1 month prior.
Full Payment required 3 months prior for Peak periods.

Minimum stays:
4 nights - for peak periods ( eg: School Holidays, Easter, Grand Prix)
3 nights - for peak periods (eg: Public Holidays, long weekends)
2 nights - for weekends

BEDROOM 1
Queen bed, en suite bathroom

BEDROOM 2  
1 single bed and 1 trundle bed.

LOUNGE
Couch & lounge chair, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo (CD and radio), selection of books, videos & board games. Wood heater & reverse cycle air conditioner.

KITCHEN
Full modern kitchen and European laundry facilities; including oven, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, toasted sandwich maker. Washing machine & cleaning agents, tea towels provided. Undercover BBQ outside with table and chairs.

Pillows, bed linen, doona's, blankets, towels etc provided.
Spacious with stepless shower base, hand held or fixed shower, accessible toilet, hair dryer.
